When will I be able to see my child's team and schedule?
Registration and team assignment are separate steps. Once rosters are finalized, RAMP will send an email to the address you used during registration. That email will confirm your child's team and walk you through logging in to the app. You do not need to do anything before that email arrives.
What does the team assignment email look like and what do I do with it?
The email comes directly from RAMP, not from HHMBA. It will include your child's team name and prompt you to either log in to an existing RAMP account or create a new one. Use the same email address you used when registering your child. Using a different email address will prevent you from seeing your child's team information.
I did not receive a team assignment email. Can I still create an account and log in?
Yes. Open the RAMP Team App, choose "Create account," and use the email address you provided during registration to get logged in.
The app is not showing my child's team or schedule. What should I do?
Make sure you are logged in with the same email address used during registration. If the information is still not appearing, try logging out and back in. If that does not resolve it, delete and reinstall the app and log in again. If the issue continues, email operations@hhmba.ca with your name, your child's name, and the team they are on and we will help get it sorted out.
I see duplicate entries for every event in my child's team calendar. Why is this?
This happens when the same email address was used for both the parent and the player during registration. There is a fix that can be applied to your account. Email operations@hhmba.ca with your name, email address, your child's name, and the team they are on and we will take care of it.
I tried to fix the duplicate issue by deleting a family member from my account and now I cannot see my child's team schedule. What do I do?
